Hard Polymer Heavy Duty Wheels made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly Ethylene [ UHMW – PE ] Material
These wheels are manufactured from Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly Ethylene (UHMW-PE) material – Self lubricating material. These wheels have very high load carrying capacity, high impact strength and high wear resistance; hence it does not crack under shock of impact load as it happens in nylon or fiber wheels. The material has got very low co-efficient of friction, hence less pulling or pushing efforts required. The material does not get affected with chemical and acids. This material is not hard like steel / cast iron hence these wheels do not damage the floor.
Thus, based on our customer experience, our UHMW Wheels are most favorable and recommended for Pallet Trucks use.

Cast Iron Wheels & Rollers (CI)
Cast Iron Wheels are resistance to high Temperature. Recommended for medium loads. Not good against acids and chlorinated solvent. Having high load carrying capacity, abrasion resistance, maintenance free. Resistance against oil and grease.
